We got an e mail from this realtor after interviewing a few , this guy I knew was different just by the wording in his e mail to me. My husband and I interviewed other realtors and we were just disappointed on the negativity, the lack of enthusiasm and motivation from these people. So, we decided to give this guy who e mails us a chance. He came to our home and we could not believe the difference in personality , motivation , drive, communication and he talked to us like we had known him forever. The work ethic of this man exceeded our expectations , we were blown away on how reliable, punctual, consistant, and organized he was. Great attention to detail and does not miss a thing. We signed with him on a Friday ,had some showings during the week of course with lots of notice, then 1 week after signing had an open house on the Sunday and had received a bid. We previously had been listed with someone else for one month and no results. Had general inspections and other details when agreed, papers were signed and house was sold.Bid in one week later and sold by the end of the second week. He had to iron out some details which he went above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure this house was signed and sold. This gentlemans name is SCOTT MCGUINNESS , he is a representative of COLDWELL BANKER. I would never use anyone else and only recommend this realtor to everyone and anyone I meet. If you need an excellent representative for you and your home, SCOTT MCGUINNESS is the guy. I hope everyone’s experience is as pleasurable and satifying as ours was with SCOTT MCGUINNESS. His rates are very reasonable and you will not regret hiring this realtor.
